Shipping and returns

We deliver physical products to all EU countries. The shipping is free. Shipping times are about 6-10 working days after the date of the received order. The delivery is realised using UPS, DPD or similar for parcels. The products are shipped from Italy. In case of withdrawal of the contract, it is the customer who covers the direct costs of returning the product.

The returns are possible within 14 days after the date of delivery. The products are to be returned to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
